Christmas Returns Period
Ordering a Christmas gift? If your order is placed from 18th October 2024, you will be able to request a return for your order up until 14th January 2025. Returns will be eligible for store credit or exchange only. If you have any questions regarding our Christmas Returns Period, please email us at support@mysteryfootball.co.uk.
If you have ordered a shirt which doesn’t fit when you receive it and you’d like to exchange for a different size, please email us at support@mysteryfootball.co.uk so that we can assist you. You will need to provide us with your order number in order for us to assist you. Please be aware size exchanges will only be accepted if the original tags are attached. As well as this, we can not always guarantee you the same Mystery Shirt, as the shirts we have in stock vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange returns outside of the UK.
Please do not send back items without authorisation, as you will need to be provided with the correct Returns Address and details.
